I sense a pattern here, that your CUSTOMERS would appreciate ready access to their full account information, including the ever-elusive "9 digit Account Number". I wonder why VM MANAGEMENT has not picked up on this as yet???? I will be very grateful to a 'social care agent' who can assist me since this appears to be the most efficient method of obtaining the number. Thanks.
I would like to know my account number. I called the customer service number but I was not able to get to real human for the information. Why is this inoformation so diificult to find?
