I'm attempting to transfer my number to a new carrier and cannot find my account number. I've tried my 10-digit phone number and I've looked all over the My Account section of Virgin's website. Please help!
You need to contact an agent to get your account number and porting PIN.
Virgin Mobile agents have "Social Care Virgin Mobile" avatars and when the mouse hovers over the avatar the word "agent" appears.
A PM can be sent by clicking on the avatar which opens up the Profile page where the option to send a PM is visible.
