Black friday promo, still haven't got rebate!!

I have submitted the rebate on 12/06/2017 and still haven't gotten the rebate.

 

I have called Virgin customer service atleast 15 times in this 6 months. Everytime they tell me that it has been "ESCALATED" and that I should recieve it within the week, and if not I should contact them and will make sure that I get the gift card. They won't even let me return my phone because its been more than 90 days. But the visa card should've been here months ago. 

 

Perhaps a lawsuit will do the trick. At this point it's not even reasonable. I ordered my phone in November 2017 and it is now June 2018!!!!

Hey there, @angryrebate200! That really does not sound OK. If you allow us, we'd like to look into this. Be informed our reps usually follow up with costumers with this type of issues via email.
