I have submitted the rebate on 12/06/2017 and still haven't gotten the rebate.
I have called Virgin customer service atleast 15 times in this 6 months. Everytime they tell me that it has been "ESCALATED" and that I should recieve it within the week, and if not I should contact them and will make sure that I get the gift card. They won't even let me return my phone because its been more than 90 days. But the visa card should've been here months ago.
Perhaps a lawsuit will do the trick. At this point it's not even reasonable. I ordered my phone in November 2017 and it is now June 2018!!!!
