I've got a Brio phone, and off and on for the past few years, it will stop sending texts. The phone itself looks like it has sent the text (I get the "sending bar", and then it says "message sent"), but the recipient never gets the message. It usually starts working again a few weeks later. Today I called VM support, and after being passed around to a few people, the last person said that since my phone is 5 years old, I should just get a new one. Not very helpful. In fact, now that I think about it, I realize they didn't try to troubleshoot anything, didn't ask what sort of trouble I was having, just tried to reset the phone, and when that didn't work, told me to buy a new phone.
Anyone have this issue? Is there a consistent fix for it?
