Broadband to Go

Hi Can someone please help.      My service has not been restarted yet.    I put the balance to pay for it yesterday in my account using a top up card.  I can't reach anyone by phone and have tried private messaging service representatives but no luck so far.

What concerns me is that my account balance has been taken but I have 0 data showing in there.
