Can't Swap My Device...Activation Button Not Working

Greetings,

 

I just got received the iPhone 6s, which I ordered from Virgin Mobile, and I want to swap this device with my older LG Stylo. I want to keep my number and all that. However, when I click 'Activate' on the site, it does not go through. Perhaps, this is because I am changing my plan from $30 a month to $35 a month, but I am stumped and do not know what to do...

Hello, @charityclark! We'd like to look into this for you. Have you tried swapping your phone by using a different web browser or device?
