Can't complete my order

I was trying to order a new phone as the one I have is kind of old. I was trying to get the iphone 8 but it won't let me complete my order. My billing address and shipping address are the same. I know some people where saying that could be a problem but, I've doubled checked and they're the same. I don't know what could be the issue. It isn't the first time it happens to me either because I was trying to buy a phone for my father for his birthday the last time and it wouldn't let me go through with the order then as well. I am considering in just buying my phone with a different company all together which is a shame since i've been with Virgin Mobile for over 10 years now. I don't know if anyone can help.
