I just activated my phone and now when I try to make a call it sends me to an extrenal operator staing I need a credit card, if I text it says call support with error code 97. My internet works fine. If my mom calls my new number it goes to the voicemail of someone named Stephen Jones. Tried getting ahold of support through facebook with no response. Website says activated and everything is great.
Did you do a carrier reset and a PRL and Profile update (Android) or a Service Update (iOS)?
If you did, and these operations completed satisfactorily, then it is likely there is a problem in the way your account is set up and an agent would need to review it and make any necessary corrections.
