I have transferred my number to another provider.
How can I confirm that my account with virgin is cancelled ?
When I log on, it will not longer show my account details and I want to make sure my credit card is off your files.

Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Support is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST. When your phone number is ported out to another provider, your account is automatically canceled. We can help you confirm your account status.
