Cannot sign into Boost Mobile after accoun transferred.

Both my husband and I had accounts transferred to Boost Mobile. Neither of us can sign in. Keeps saying it does not recognize our phone numbers or pins and we only have 2 attempts more before our accounts are locked. Please help!!

Did you try signing in with the first 4 digits of your Virgin Mobile PIN?
