My wife lost phone connectivity and usage due to this today, AFTER PAYING for it earlier this morning. She tried calling from a landline the [***personal info removed***] number numerouse times, on hold for a hour sometimes. I tried calling as well to get her phone fixed from my phone. Same issue. I have tried for 4 hours to cancel our plan, cannot get a hold of someone. I have purchased to new phones from Verizon because i can talk to them. I want to cancel my plan. I have had no complaints with Virgin Mobile in the last for years till now. Please help me cancel my two phones so i do not have to complain at a hight levels and online forums. Thanks.
