The data I use to stream music on Spotify is being deducted from my monthly data allotment.
This is contrary to Virgin Mobile’s “Data-Free Music Streaming” policy.
I am certain that the data being deducted from my monthly allotment is the data I use to stream music on Spotify, because I have disabled cellular data use on all my other apps.
My billing cycle renewed 7 days ago, and I have already been assessed 40% of my data.
This must be fixed.
