I've seen on other posts that we need to PM an employee in order to receive an account number, but none are currently online. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this!
Hi there @aulo! You can send a private message to any agent even if all of them are offline at the moment. Once any agent is back online, it will be able to see your message and will be able to assist you. Please send us a private message as soon as you can to assist you. To send a Private Message, click my username or picture, then click "send this user a private message".
