Have no coverage where I am. Virginmobile doesn’t want to unlock phone
I have been a customer for a few years. Recently, I moved to New Hampshire and there is no coverage where I am. I need to switch providers. I called and told them my issue and they refused to unlock the phone. I told them I have been a customer for a lot more than a year and they don’t care. Terrible customer service. Just kept saying “we are sorry but can’t do anything besides wait the 47 days” At the moment, the phone is paperweight because I can not use it unless I am back in CT. For a customer that has been with you for years, it is sad to see that you are not willing to help a longtime customer. This is the first time I am requesting an unlock as well so I am not abusing the system. Never going to recommend or use virginmobile again.
