I accidentally paid twice for my phone bill.

I accidentally paid twice for my phone bill.

So I was trying to top off my phone bill in advance which was $45. I orginalily tried on my phone but the conection was slow so then I went to do it on my computer. I checked my phone broswer and apperntly the order went thorugh on there as well as my computer. Which means that I paid 90$ when I needed to only pay $45. I was curious if there was a way to get a refund on that $45 that I did not mean to spend?
