I purchased a phone from you last week.
It arrived today, only for me to find out it is not a compatible phone for Assurance Wireless.
I have no number attached to the phone, nor a Virgin account, I just ordered it online on Virgin.
I cant call the support # as I have no phone number to attach to it, nor can I get a LIVE PERSON.
I need an RMA # and get this returned, A.S.A.P.
