So a payment means 'minimum of $5' every 90 days? I don't seem to find that rule anywhre. Please clarify.
@jeffc Hello. Is the answer you provided last year still applicable? I'm on an 18 cents/min. plan that is no longer available. If I upgrade to a better phone, will I be able to stay on my current plan? If not, is one of the unlimited plans my only choice? Thanks.
Hi, payitforward. Unfortunately, If you upgrade to a better phone, you will not be able to stay on your current plan. You will have to switch to one of our unlimited plans.

I have a paylo plan andI am being told that I have to get another one, now that the phone I have is being shut off as of April30 as they longer support technology on it. And I cannot get refund of money I have on acount that was required every 90 days so keep account in goodstanding.
