I recently purchased an iphone and I had to do it over the phone due to some issues with the site/my card. The person on the phone never asked for an email, but I figured tracking info would be sent to the one on my account. I did recieve an order number, but I'm not sure what to do with that.
Hello Rosel02. The order number can be used within our systems to check the status of your order, however it is not a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you should receive a tracking number through email. You can also send us a private message through here and we can check the status of your order and provide your tracking number if available.
You can send a private message by clicking on an agent's name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.
