Need help activating and swapping phones because website isn't working

I need help activating my new phone and swapping with my old phone. 

 

I tried activating it on the website and after I enter that I want to keep my same number the site just spins and never moves on.

 

I also tried calling on my old phone to activate the new one be cause my old one has cellular service, but the automated voice I finally got to after a lot of menu hopping said I couldn't call from the old phone that I want to swap. 

 

Please help me activate and swap for my new phone.

No worries! We can definitely help you out with that, edodge. Just send us a private message with the phone number and pin code for your account, and the MEID of the new phone and ICCID/SIM card number.

To send a private message you simply go to one of our agents profile who you want to send a message to and hit the "send this user a private message" button. It's under their contact section on the right side of their profile, right next to their badges.
