Need to return a phone

I orderd a phone on 10/24 and the phone came in 10/29.

I submited a request for a device return form on Tuesday,10/29 , and I still haven't gotten a email on how to proceed with the return. I starting to think the delay is on purpose so I can't return the phone since we only get 7 days to return something.

Hello platewatch. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We want to look into that for you. Did you receive any case or reference number? Did they provide you with an RMA number (return #)? ~AmyM25

 I haven't recieved any case, referance, or a RMA number. I tried again for a third time yesterday (10/31) and still no reply. I double checked and entered my email and the order# correctly. I've been checking my email inbox and spam box and nothing.
