I've tried to do it on the website, I've tried to do it on the new phone itself, I've tried calling the customer service number (sat on hold for fifteen minutes after being told there would be a 30 second wait). Can someone please figure this out for me because being told at every turn I should just be doing it online when the online portal isn't working for me is getting pretty old.
