I purchased a phone online a day ago. I am used to getting an email confirmation immediately after purchase, so I did not write down the order confirmation number, however, I now realize I never received an email confirmation (I checked spam, inbox, etc.) I checked my bank account and see that the transaction went through today. How can I resolve this? I would like to track my order.
Same issue here. I purchased a phone Friday 1/3/20 and still no confirmation of it being sent... and I see nowhere to contact Virgin Mobile about it! The tracking webpage just redirects back to "shop for phones." -sigh-
