No Service after changing credit card

I changed my credit card this afternoon and now I have no service. The card is active and I see the correct information when I go to edit. I recieve 2 emails when I edit the credit card info: one with the subject "Auto Payment Enrollment Confirmation" and another with the subject "Auto Payment Unenrollment Confirmation."

 

The account still shows as being enrolled in autopayment with the Inner Circle Plan. 

 

What is going on? It's crazy to have no service after a simple credit card change.
