I am having trouble paying my Virgin Mobile bill with paypal. I have been paying my bill with paypal for years and when I did not have enough money in my Paypal account, they took it out of my local bank account. I had no trouble until the bill that was due yesterday July 31 with my virgin phone service being interuppted.

I've since figured this out and since the reps have some reason for not stating the simple explanation for all to see, I will.
Once you've logged in, click on the "payments" tab (he second tab).
Then under Payment settings, click on "Manage Saved Payment Method."
It should be straightforward from there.
