If i try to activate it using website then it says "default plans are not available" please contact customer care

Hi there RonaldStewart. Sorry about the issue there with your Broadband2Go device. Have you started the installation on your computer and got the Connection Manager running? If not, please let me know to give you the steps on how to install. On the other hand, if you did,you need to launch the Connection Manager and with the USB device inserted on your computer, select Activate tab. Next, The Start tab of the "Activate your Broadband2Go USB Device" screen displays. Click the radio button next to I want to activate my Broadband2Go USB device and click Next. From there just follow the Installation Wizard. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
I did all installs and was on activation page
I entered all details and submitted with ESN and personal details.
but then at next step it says your device is not elgible for default plans.
its new device with packing opened first time.
