Hello, I was purchasing a new phone and i clicked "complete purchase", the page refreshed but didn't go to the receipt. So i hit "complete purchase" again, but still nothing. I checked my order status and there was nothing, but i went to my bank's site and checked if there were pending transactions and there are 2 both for $158.99 -- i only need 1 phone! How can i cancel the second order?!
Glad to know its not just me. I hope they reach out to us soon. I tried to call customer service but its entirely automated, can't get a real human being to talk to 😕 Probably have to call my bank in the morning.
