I purchased a phone on the Virgin Mobile website on December 10 but am unhappy with the reception. I completed the online return form on December 15 and it said I would receive return instructions. I still hadn't received anything on December 16 so I submitted an email question on the Virgin Mobile website. Still no response. Can a Virgin Mobile customer service rep please give me detailed instructions? Thank you.
