Saving a voicemail to my computer

I may have to get a new phone as mine is not charging properly.  When I plug it in to charge, the charge % goes DOWN.  Weird.
I have a voicemail that I want to save to my computer - can/how do I do this?  If I get a new phone, I will get one with more memory than I currently have.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!  Thanks so much.

Hi. The charging issue, could be due to the charger. The pins in the charge could be damage and are not making the correct contacts. You could try another charge before getting a new phone. To record your voice mail, there are programs that you would need to download from Play Store that works well.   Victor21
