Still confused Galaxy S7

I have a Galaxy S7 unlocked (Verizon) that my friend gave me after they upgraded to S8. I kept seeing Android phone swaps/BYOD is uneligible for "new" customers, so is it eligible for customers who have had services for 3+ years or is the phone still uneligible.

If not I will just switch carriers, my Kyocera is pretty much destroyed and easier to switch with S7 elsewhere, than to buy a 3rd phone. :/

We're sorry to hear you feel this way! Unfortunately, as you mentioned the Bring your Own program is not available for existing customers. We apologize!

Will a bring my own phone ever be available and if so when.      Why can you do it for Iphone and not Android.   It is not really fair.

I don’t have any specific information when or if that will change. Right now BYOD is only available for iPhone users.
