I found settings/other /data update ....its come up with an error code saying network busy please try again later . I am running it now for try number 2. will message you back if unable to fix thanks
I am unable to swap my phone from an iPhone SE to my iPhone 8 Plus. I ordered the phone from Virgin Mobile. The online system just keeps having a red circle on the screen, like it is doing something. After an hour, I check the status and it states it can't find anything.

hello can i get help with swaping my phone? i got customer service yesterday to swap my phone but i cant make calls and when i tried to swap back to my old phone your website still doesnt work. the only reason i have virgin mobile is because i dont wanna deal with in-store or customer service.
