Unable to activate new phone

Hello. I recently purchased a Moto G7 Play (meid [edited for privacy]) through Virgin's website and had an iPhone 5s through Virgin as well. I tried to activate the service through Virgin's website and am unable to successfully complete the activation. I sent an email and received case# 85181884 but would appreciate a quicker response as I am unable to use either of my phones at this time and payment for service was made. More account information is available through my case number. Thank you for reading and any help provided.

Solved! Sent a private message to a Virgin agent through the forum and they responded promptly and was able to assist me. Thank you again, @AdoniDeoleo
