Unable to receive shipment, returned to shipper

So I had ordered two phones on Dec 2nd and they were returned to shipper (Dec 4th is when I got the message of it being returned to shipper). I have tried to contact through the email system and got the auto response that VM will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Well, it has been past the 48 hours and still no response. I just want to know what happened and/or when I will get sent a new set of phones or if I will get a refund for my transactions.

So I got an email telling me to call the support number for virgin mobile to confirm a cancellation which I've tried many times to navigate to get to a person but to no avail. Can someone lead me to the right direction..?
