Unable to swap device

Hi! I'm having issues swapping the device on my account to the used phone I recently purchased through Virgin Mobile.


I tried swapping the device through multiple browsers. I am able to get up to the point where I enter in my phone number. After I enter in my number and my pin I get a notification that says, "OOPS looks like there may be a problem with your account. Please contact customer support."
