I've been a VM/VM data done right customer since 2013.
For over a month now, I've had crappy data coverage where I've had decent coverage before.
8681 hasn't provided any resolution to my problem or estimated time service will be restored.
Sprint stores haven't provided any resolution to my problem or estimated time service will be restored. (Ironically, I sometimes have issues outside of a Sprint store).
Other VM/Sprint users are having the same issue.
Please provide me with a reason to not switch to a different carrier or instructions on how to unlock my phone for other carriers.
