I'm on the Lifeline program throu Assurance Wireless. I bought a Motorola Play 5 through them. It was supposed to work. The phone works fine but I keep getting a message that the SIM is locked. When I hit OK, the message disappears, only to pop up again later. I called Assurance costumer care and they told me a way to unlock it but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?
