I ordered an iPhone 11 on 1/11, and it arrived on Tuesday 1/14. I filled out the return form this evening (1/16). I saw I'd receive further instructions and then saw I have 7 days from date of purchase, NOT from date of receipt. That strikes me as a little crazy. If I don't hear back from someone by Saturday with the further return instructions, am I screwed? Practically speaking, the return window is MUCH smaller than they claim it is. I don't want to get stuck with this phone despite requesting a return 48 hours after activating the phone. Is there someone who can assist me in getting this phone returned?
