Zte phone isn't letting me switch my number over

Ive done just about everything to switch the # i have now over to my new ZTE phone & NOTHING is working.. Switched my SIM card to the ZTE, didn't work. Tired activating the ZTE phone on the virgin mobile website, & nothing. Ive even contacted support, ha what a joke! I explained how there website wasn't working & their "helpful advice was to "go the virgin mobile and hit activate"... So there for no help there.. ANYWAYS Ive also downloaded the virgin mobile apps on ZTE (using Wi-Fi) & have tried to log into my account that way.. & of course still no luck!! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME
