cannot access my account

My virgin mobile account is paid every month on automatic payment on my debit card. A couple of weeks ago I got a new debit card. I need to update the new card number, yet I cannot access my account because I do not have a six digit pin number nor did I ever -that I remember.
All that I have is a Login and Email, but there is no place for me to put this info in.
I can't update my new debit card number and have no idea what to do!!!!!!!
Oh and now my phone will not make calls or texts.
Please Help!
