Is data-free music streaming no longer available? Because Spotify is using my data.
If it is still available, how do I get this corrected?
Hi there! Are you checking your data usage online on "My Account" or on your phone? Are you only streaming music? Cloud streaming, song downloads, video content, non-audio content and other data sent by streaming partners (e.g., pic advertisements, album art) are excluded.

Hi I'm back lol
I'm having this issue again. I have data tracking on my phone synced to my monthly data alottment from VM and I have reached my limit of 10240 MB. The data tracking on my phone is at 10413 MB so they are synced almost perfectly. However, yet again it seems as though Spotify is not data free as it should be. Spotify has used 4250 MB to date of the 10413 MB total, so my VM data usage should be somewhere around 6000 MB.
Can someone please fix this?
