I recently purcahsed a new phone and am trying to activate it. However, every time I try, I get an error message that directs me to call customer service. If I dial that number, it tells me the phone is not activated. What am I supposed to do?
Hi, tstockley. Is your old phone working? Have you turned off your old and new phone and turn them back on?
No - the old phone is completely dead. I will turn the new phone off now and then back on.
What phone do you have? How many bars are you getting?
