I bought a new Moto G7 Play from VM.
Four times, the following has happened:
I go to the VM site and choose ACTIVATION.
I type in my MEID off the box, and then my ICCID off the box.
I get a message saying that my present plan isn't compatible with my new phone, and that I need to pick a new plan.
I pick a new plan and click the red ACTIVATE button. Nothing happens. Nothing at all.
I've tried this with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Same: nothing.
I want to activate this phone that I bought from VM.
