I am trying to swap phones but the process hangs up at the summary - the phone and plan for the old phone display, but just the new phone displays, with no plan details though a plan was chosen in a previous step. Clicking "activate" does nothing.
Hi there rower. Let me look into this for you. Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number. Also include the IMEI, UICC number of your new phone.
