swapping phones

I have the same problem others mentioned about not being able to swap out  my phone. Their problems were solved by an agent who handled the issue through a direct message. Looking for the same help.

Got new phone but had to return it. Now my old phone won't activate. Says cannot find device. Tired a lot and don't want to buy another phone.

We’d be glad to help you out with this, dfisher! Can you please send me a private message with your phone number, PIN number and the IMEI/DEC of the device you will ike to activate together with the SIM card number?
