top up page says my account is not valid

I have had a VM Android phone for several years. Today I logged in and tried to add a monthly top-up card, and it said, "The account you have entered is not valid." I also tried it without being logged into my account and got the same response.

Hey there, BugGeorge1980! Sorry to hear that. Definitely want to look into this for you. Did you have a Virgin mobile Data Done Right or Virgin mobile Custom plan?

This has been resolved. It worked on another device.
