Your website is going nuts. You wound up charging my credit card three times for a new phone order.
When i go to "my orders" to cancel 2 of the phones none of the orders show up.

Hi and thanks for reply. Virgin said they cancelled the charges on my credit card.
I will wait a few days until the pending charges no longer show my card and try one more time to order the Galaxy.
