Activation Issues following my cellular data not working
I have been having issues since I bought my new phone and activated the first time. My cellular data wasn't wokring without wifi even though I have unlimited data on my plan. I contacted customer support via email and got advice with the ## resetting subscriber settings etc., after doing so, I got an error message saying that my iphone was not activated. After to going to Virgin site to try and re-activate it or chack my activation status, i tried putting in my IMEI and account pin and was told it was unrecognized. I don't know what to do, i can no longer contact virgin customer support by phone with no service (I tried) and the email chain I have is probably really annoying for the customer support. Please help, i really need a phone that works.
