Can't make or receive calls or messages!

After two weeks, my account was finally activated. Now, I have data (LTE), but no bars!! I cannot make or receive any calls or text messages (unless it's FaceTime or iMessages, which work via data).

 

I have restarted my phone, reset my network settings, nothing has worked. 

 

Makes no sense I have data, but no bars. Please help ASAP.
