I've been using Virgin Mobile for almost a decade now, but as of Thursday (8/8/2019) I haven't been able to send messages or use 4g when I'm at work. I think there may be an issue with the cell tower there/ it may have been damaged with a recent thunderstorm? The only thing that works in that area is phone calls, but I've been unable to send/ recieve messages at all until I move down the block, which is an annoyance. Everything works fine up until I get nearby my job. I need access to my messages in case of emergency, or if a relative tries to contact me during the day and is unable to call. Is there any fix for this? Thank you.
