I recently switched from the $60 unlimited plan to the $45 10gb plan because I don't usually use more than 10gb and don't want to pay for unused data. I having been experiencing issues with my data ever since. I have not even used 1gb of my data for this month and already cannot load videos, I cannot view ads in my games, my browser is loading extremely slowly and I am generally unhappy with my service altogether. I am considering switching to another provider unless this issue can be resolved.
