GET MY PHONE WORKING AGAIN. GET MY NUMBER BACK TO VIRGIN MOBILE FROM METRO PCS. THIS MIGRATION CRAP HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE FIASCO AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT FOR 3 DAYS NOW. NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP ME.
WHY IS THIS SO HARD. IF VIRGIN USA IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS WHY ARE YOU NOT MAKING IT EASIER TO MERGE WITH OTHER COMPANIES?
VIRGIN "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SAYS I HAVE TO GIVE YOU A 9 DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER - metro customer service says they do not have account numbers, that THEY use 10 digit phone numbers for their account numbers! NO ONE WILL HELP ME and this has been going on for 3 days now.
I have been loyal to Virgin USA for over 10 years and I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER.
